CKR Homes has been in the building business in Northern and Central Virginia
for over 25 years. Our newest community, Anna Woods Estates, is in
Spotsylvania County near gorgeous Lake Anna.

CKR Homes is a family-run business. When we started building, we wanted to
create homes that we would move into ourselves. That's why our homes are
noted for their quality and attention to detail. If we don't like a feature (or lack
thereof), we figure you won't like it either.

We personally inspect each home to ensure that our standards are met. We
concentrate on providing superior construction and our experts supervise
every phase of the building process. The design and interiors are crafted to
ensure that features are useful as well as beautiful. Every room in the house is
inspected for construction quality and design perfection.

All homes come with a 1-year drywall certificate. Face it -- when moving in, you
(or the movers) are going to ding up the walls. As long as you don't destroy an
entire wall, we'll take care of those little "oops" areas for you for free. And, of
course, all homes come with a 1-year builder's warranty.

We know that a new home purchase is a huge investment. We want you to be as
happy with your home as we are with ours.
